This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of digital home workout guides purchased from Movebonebios through movebonebios.world. We are committed to fair and transparent practices in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law and European Union regulations governing digital content.

Scope

This policy applies to all digital workout guide products sold by Movebonebios, including but not limited to Morning Activation Flow, Strength Circuit Express, and Evening Recovery Pause. As these products are delivered electronically and consist of downloadable digital content rather than physical goods, standard return procedures for tangible products do not apply. Instead, specific rules for digital content under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU govern your rights.

Digital Product Nature

Our home workout guides are digital products delivered via email download link immediately or shortly after purchase confirmation. Once you receive access to the digital files, the content is considered delivered. Each guide includes a four-week structured program with exercise instructions, session timers, modification options, and printable checklists designed for fifteen to twenty minute home sessions.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply once you have given your express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

At checkout or during the order process, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital workout guide and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the download link is provided. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the guide content, contact us within fourteen days of purchase to discuss withdrawal options.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical delivery failure: If you do not receive your workout guide download link within twenty-four hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue within forty-eight hours of your report.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You have downloaded or accessed the workout guide content after providing consent for immediate delivery
• You are dissatisfied with the difficulty level, exercise selection, or personal fitness results from following the guide
• You failed to review product descriptions, session durations, or equipment requirements before purchase
• Your device or software is incompatible with the provided file formats (PDF and standard document formats)
• You purchased the guide during a promotional period with explicit no-refund terms clearly stated at checkout
• More than fourteen days have passed since purchase and delivery was completed with your consent
• You violated our Terms of Use by sharing, distributing, or reselling the workout guide content

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take five to ten business days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund. Refunds are issued in euros, matching the original transaction amount including any applicable VAT. Partial refunds may be offered in cases where only a portion of the product was defective or inaccessible.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order without charge before the digital workout guide download link is sent to your email. To cancel, contact us immediately at team@movebonebios.world with your order details. If cancellation is received before delivery, a full refund will be processed. Once the download link has been dispatched, standard refund eligibility rules apply as described above.

Defective Digital Content

Under Finnish consumer law, digital content must conform to the contract and be fit for its intended purpose. If your workout guide contains corrupted files, missing sections, unreadable formatting, or broken download links that our support team cannot repair within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a remedy. Remedies may include:

• Re-delivery of corrected digital files at no additional cost
• A price reduction proportional to the defect
• A full refund if the defect substantially impairs the value of the workout guide

Report defects within a reasonable time after discovery. For obvious defects, contact us within two months of delivery.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchase multiple workout guides as a bundle at a discounted price, refund eligibility is assessed for the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual guides within a bundle may be calculated proportionally based on the standalone prices listed on movebonebios.world at the time of purchase, minus any bundle discount applied.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in suspension of access to purchased workout guides and future purchase restrictions. We will provide all relevant transaction and delivery documentation to payment providers to contest fraudulent chargeback claims.

Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and EU law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional protections under your national consumer protection legislation.
